Responsibilities
- Complete pre-start safety checks, loading routines, and route readiness steps.
- Deliver packages accurately while protecting the customer experience.
- Use mobile route, scan, and proof-of-delivery tools with care and consistency.
- Report delivery exceptions early and follow escalation processes.
- Maintain a clean vehicle, safe driving habits, and a professional end-of-shift close-out.

Requirements
- Full Australian driver licence with a good driving record.
- Work rights in Australia.
- Clear criminal record check and Drug & Alcohol check.
- Comfort with active work and regular parcel handling.
- Confidence using phone-based navigation, scanning, and delivery confirmation tools.
Training and support
- Paid training before independent routes.
- Dispatch and team lead support during active routes.
- Coaching checkpoints focused on safety, DCR, customer experience, and consistency.
- Weekend shifts available with overtime rates where applicable.
